On 28.10.2011,  by results of carrying out of monitoring the Consortium of the Russian institute of directors and rating agency «Expert RA» has confirmed  a rating estimation to the level of NRCG 7 (National rating of corporate Governance) the « Developed practice of corporate governance» on a scale of the National rating of corporate governance .

On 28.12.10, by results of carrying out of monitoring the Consortium of the Russian institute of directors and rating agency «Expert RA» has raised appropriated earlier a rating estimation to the level of NRCG 7 (National rating of corporate Governance) the « Developed practice of corporate governance» on a scale of the National rating of corporate governance. According to a scale of the national rating of corporate governance « Expert RА» the Society has low risks of corporate governance, observes requirements of the Russian legislation in the field of corporate governance and follows most part of recommendations of the Russian Code of corporate behavior and separate recommendations of the international advanced practice of corporate governance.

On 28.12.2009, the Consortium of the Russian Institute of Directors and Expert RA Rating Agency (RID - Expert RA) upgraded the rating previously awarded to IDGC of Volga, JSC to NRCG 6+, "Developed Corporate Management Practice," according to the scale of the National Corporate Management Rating.

On 25.02.2009, the Consortium consisting of the Russian Institute of Directors and Expert RA Rating Agency - "READ - Expert RА" - assigned the NRCG 6 corporate management rating "Advanced Corporate Management Practice" to IDGC of Volga, JSC, according to the scale of the National Corporate Management Ratings".
