In forming its corporate management policy, the Company acts according to the norms of the current laws on joint-stock companies, subject to the requirements of the Corporate Behavior Code approved by the RF Federal Commission for Securities Market, Articles of the Company, Corporate Management Code approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 29, 2007, and other internal documents.
