Consumers of services on transfer of electric power are the persons owning on the property right or on other lawful basis power accepting devices and (or) objects of electric power industry, technologically attached when  to an electric network of subjects of the market of the electric power, carrying out export (import) of electric energy, and also the power marketing organisations and guaranteeing suppliers in interests of consumers of electric power.
