On the 6th of October 2009 IDGC Holding, JSC held second annual meeting of services for relations with investors of the distributing networks complex. The speeches in front of the heads of IR-Services of the IDGC Holding and its associated and dependent companies were presented by the Deputy General Director for economics and finances Aleksey Demidov and by the Deputy General Director for corporate management and properties Aleksey Perepelkin.
Aleksey Demidov directed everyone's attention to the large scale of tasks that are solved by the Holding. He also remarked that in order to provide reliability of operation of distributing power networks and to increase quality of consumer services the Company realizes large-scale investments programs. In this connection, according to Aleksey Demidov, implementation of RAB-regulation for the distributing network companies of the IDGC Holding during the year 2010 will create optimal conditions for attracting investments. "Attracting investors is not only a necessity but also a part of state policy", stressed Aleksey Demidov. In his point of view, "growing stocks quotations of the companies from the distributing network complex show that investors are positive about the plans of the Company". Deputy General Director of the IDGC Holding for economics and finances have also acknowledged an important role of the services for interaction with Holding investors and its associated and dependent companies for increasing investments attractiveness of the distributing network complex and interregional distributing network companies.
By results of the meeting IR-Services heads were granted corporate awards. IDGC of the Center and Volga, JSC was acknowledged as the Best IR-Service of 2009. IGDC of Volga, JSC was nominated as "The most liquid and dynamic asset of 2009". Tyumenenergo, JSC was awarded for the highest level of information disclosure. The best design of the Annual plan for the year 2008 was performed by the IDGC of the Northern Caucasus, JSC. IDGC of the North-West, JSC was awarded for the best meeting with investors for this year. The best corporate site by results of 2008 belongs to the IDGC of the Center, JSC.
