Rosseti Volga increases staff orientation

seminar1_300h200.jpgThe Rosseti Volga company (brand of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) held the training “Customer-oriented service and effective sales of additional services”.

Its participants were specialists from the executive office and all branches of the company interacting with customers. Participants of the training worked out skills of interaction with individuals, with representatives of large organizations and authorities. Meeting organizers, together with the audience, considered options for adapting classic business landmarks to power grid companies, motivating and building long-term relationships with service consumers. Much attention was paid to researching the needs of customers, establishing contact, building a trusting dialogue.

- Knowledge and skills acquired during the training are useful and applicable in practice. We tried to convey to the audience all the secrets and nuances of the technique of interacting with customers. At the same time, they tried to ensure that theoretical knowledge was closely intertwined with practical skills. This is important when working directly with clients, - said Irina Dozorova, head of the customer relations department at Rosseti Volga. Currently, Rosseti Volga specialists offer consumers about 40 types of additional services. Among them are rental of buildings and premises, energy audits, development and implementation of measures to save energy and improve energy efficiency, organization of electricity metering, outdoor lighting and advertising, telecommunications equipment. Power engineers constantly monitor the demand for additional services. According to the results of research, their spectrum is being improved and expanded.
